John Beswick's expertise commenced in the joinery, fitting out area as an apprentice and he was recognised with outstanding achievement on the completion of his course by the Master Builders Association of Tasmania. Therefore the attention to detail in the house construction area has carried through as a priority. We moved our home office in 2000 to our current location ‘near the clock’ at 56 Alexandra Road Ulverstone. Every house is important to us from a 15 square first home to a 40 square retirement dream home, both give us a sense of achievement together with that warm fuzzy feeling that is enjoyed by all new home owners. We are now in our ninth year of operating as part of the Craftsman Homes Australia Group, which provides the support of a national group and offers over 250 unique flexible designs. These designs are flexible to suit our clients individual requirements and are further designed by John at our local office. We offer one on one attention to our clients, and a fixed price contract together with a detailed list of inclusions chosen by our clients.
